We will require credit or debit card details to secure a booking. Your card will not be charged until your arrival. Debit, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. If a cancellation is made with less than 14 days notice a 50% deposit will be charged to the card. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% deposit. Cash and cheques are also accepted. Cheques should be made payable to The Dell.

Please take care with our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or agents acting on our instruction.
